Why It Matters

Breakdowns Cost More Than Maintenance

A treadmill that goes down in a busy facility isn't just a repair bill. It's a machine your members notice every time they walk past it, an emergency call at short notice, and often a bigger failure than it needed to be — because the belt that was slipping in March became a deck and motor replacement by June.

Preventive maintenance catches wear before it becomes failure. Belts get tensioned before they shred decks. Bearings get replaced before they take out a frame. Cables get swapped before they snap on a member mid-set. Facilities on a scheduled program consistently spend less over a year than facilities calling for emergency repairs.

  • Less downtime — machines stay in service and members stay happy
  • Longer equipment life, deferring expensive capital replacement
  • Lower total repair spend across the year
  • Reduced liability from worn cables, loose frames and failing brakes
  • Documented service history for insurance, audits and ownership changes
  • Predictable budgeting instead of unplanned emergency invoices

What's Included

Every Visit Covers

Full Inspection

Mechanical and electrical check of every machine against manufacturer specification, with anything worn or out of tolerance flagged in writing.

Lubrication & Belts

Decks, rails, bearings, chains and guide rods serviced. Belt tension and tracking set correctly — the single biggest cause of premature deck failure.

Calibration

Consoles, resistance systems, incline motors and heart rate contacts checked and adjusted so readings your members trust are actually accurate.

Hardware & Cables

Fasteners torqued to spec, frames checked for movement, cables and pulleys inspected for fraying and replaced before they fail under load.

Internal Cleaning

Motors, fans and filters cleaned out. Dust build-up is the quiet killer of treadmill controllers and the cause of a lot of heat-related failures.

Written Reporting

A service report after every visit: what was done, what needs watching, and what should be budgeted for. Emailed to you and kept on file.

Who We Maintain

Facilities We Look After

Different facilities wear equipment differently. A 24-hour gym runs machines far harder than a corporate fitness room, and an apartment amenity gym has nobody on site to notice a problem until a resident complains. We build the schedule around how your equipment is actually used.

Commercial Gyms · Hotels & Resorts · Apartment & HOA Fitness Rooms · Corporate Fitness Centers · Schools & Universities · Fire & Police Stations · Medical & Rehabilitation Facilities · Country Clubs · Athletic Training Facilities

Brands

Brands We Maintain

Our technicians are trained across the commercial brands you'll find on a working gym floor, and we source OEM parts wherever the manufacturer supports it.

Life Fitness · Precor · Matrix · Cybex · Hammer Strength · Star Trac · StairMaster · Schwinn · Nautilus · Concept2 · Technogym · Keiser · True · Woodway · Octane · Freemotion · SciFit · Rogue · Body-Solid

FAQ

Common Questions

How often should commercial gym equipment be serviced?

It depends on usage. High-traffic facilities running machines most of the day generally want monthly visits. Moderate-use facilities do well on every two months. Lower-use rooms — corporate gyms, smaller apartment amenity spaces — are usually fine quarterly. Our tiers map to exactly those three patterns.

How much does a preventive maintenance program cost?

It's priced on your equipment count and visit frequency, which is why the form below asks for an inventory. Fill it in and we'll build a proposal specific to your facility rather than quoting a number that doesn't fit.

Does maintenance actually save money?

For most facilities, yes. The saving comes from two places: catching small faults before they become major component failures, and extending the life of equipment so capital replacement gets pushed out. A belt tensioned on schedule costs a fraction of the deck and motor it protects.

Will you work around our facility hours?

Yes. We schedule around your quiet periods so members aren't stepping over a technician. Early mornings work well for most gyms — we start at 5:00 AM.

What happens if something breaks between visits?

That's what the tiers cover differently. Monthly Premium includes service calls and repair labor. Bi-Monthly Standard includes one service call per period. Quarterly Basic is billed per call. Whichever you're on, program clients get priority over one-off requests.

Can you cover multiple locations?

Yes — several of our clients run multi-site programs with consolidated reporting and one invoice. Note it in the form and we'll structure the proposal that way.
