Service Repair
Service repair pricing may include trip charges, labor charges, diagnostic charges, replacement parts, freight charges, and other applicable service-related costs.
Customers enrolled in an active Preventive Maintenance Agreement shall receive service benefits according to their selected maintenance program.
Customers not covered under an active Preventive Maintenance Agreement shall be billed according to United Fitness Repair's standard service rates.
Repairs authorized by the Customer are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Additional repairs discovered during service may require Customer approval before work proceeds.
Installation and Relocation Services
Installation and relocation pricing is based upon information available at the time of estimation.
Additional charges may apply due to site conditions, access limitations, stairways, elevators, carry distances, disassembly requirements, delays, or additional labor requirements.
United Fitness Repair shall exercise reasonable care during installation, assembly, disassembly, relocation, transportation, and placement of equipment.
The Customer acknowledges that minor cosmetic scratches, scuffs, marks, or normal wear may occur during the movement of large commercial fitness equipment despite reasonable care being exercised.
United Fitness Repair shall not be responsible for damages resulting from concealed defects, inadequate access, building limitations, customer-provided transportation, undisclosed site conditions, manufacturer defects, equipment deterioration, or other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
Unless specifically included in the proposal, United Fitness Repair is not responsible for electrical work, plumbing work, flooring repairs, wall repairs, painting, permits, crane services, rigging services, structural modifications, or third-party contractor services.
Damage claims must be submitted in writing within seventy-two (72) hours of project completion.
